We don't, so here are the answers.
Is the trial actually free?
Yes. Thirty days, no credit card, no auto-bill at the end. After thirty days we'll ask if you want to subscribe. If you don't, you walk away — nothing to cancel, nothing on file.
Will my trial days expire if I go on leave?
No. Trial days only count down when you're actively using Tyto — creating, updating, or completing tasks. Go on holiday, your trial waits for you.
Monthly or annual billing?
Monthly only. No contracts. We don't trick people into staying.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades kick in immediately and the difference is billed the following month. Downgrades also kick in immediately and the difference is credited to your account. Credits, not refunds.
Do I add and remove team members myself?
Yes. You're the admin. Invite or remove anyone — no support ticket, no waiting on us. On Pro and up, team size doesn't change the bill.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. We ask for seven days notice — give us your cancellation by the 21st of the month and the next bill will not come. We do not issue refunds for partial months.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. No PayPal, no crypto, no cheques in the post.
